  1. How can I contact you?

  2. I have a photo of myself wearing your t shirt. Can send it to you?

    OF COURSE YOU CAN!!!! Just upload it on your Instagram witrh the hashtag #lapegatinashop . Few minutes after you'll see it on our website.

  3. How do I know the t-shirts sizes and that the one I am buying is the correct one?

    Next to the description of each t shirt you will find the picture of a ruler. Click on it and it will display a picture with the measures of the product and the respective sizes.

  4. I have a discount code. How can I use it?

    You have to enter it at the bottom of your basket before confirming your order. (the discount can not be used on the sending costs.)

  5. Do I have to register to buy products?

    YES. You have to register and doing so, you will save yourself time the next time you want to purchase on our website.

  6. How can i pay?

    You have various options:
     
    a) By credit or debit card through la Caixa Penedes. This is the safest way as only they have access to your credit card details. It is our preferred way of payment as it is the cheapest for you and for us.
     
    b) Paypal: You must have created an account with them beforehand at www.paypal.com

     
    c) Bank wire transfert: You'll have to make a bank transfer to  La Pegatina's account (it will be communicated during the purchase process, the total price including shipping costs must be paid) in which you must specify your order number.
     

  7. What happens if I ordered the wrong size or i don' like the product? Can i send it back?

    You must send us an email to [email protected] within the first week of us sending the product. We will send you an adress to which you can return the parcel. We will not refund any product but we will change it for another one (as long as it has the same value). The sending costs are to be paid by the purchaser.

  8. How will you send me it and how will it take to arrive?

    We send our products through NACEX every Monday and Thrusday. Therefore the day the product leaves depends on the day you make your order.
     You will receive your order within 48 hours after the parcel leaves our shop (Only valid for Spanish residents). For countries outside of Spain, the delay varies depending on the country.
     The sending costs for Spain and Islands and Ceuta and Melilla are 4,72€ + IVA per parcel.
    For purchases outside of Spain, please consult the list of prices that are avaible in the basket icon.
     

  9. How can i buy products online?

    First of all, you have to choose one product in the shop. It will automatically be added to your basket (on the top right hand corner of the page). After doing so, click on the basket icon and confirm your purchase
